2008 Asian Youth Culture Camp - Oct 30, 2008

The 2008 AYCC, under the theme 'Asia, Culture, and Environment', provided a period of time for the Asian participants shared and exchanged ideas. During the camp period, participants divided into smaller groups discussed two subordinate themes 'World heritage in Asia Damaged by Climate Change' and 'The Culture and Environment of Gwangju, Hub City for Asian Culture'. The program organized by The Office for Hub City of Asian Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Republic of Korea. There were around 70 participants, most of them were from South Korea but also other countries like Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Nigeria, etc.
I was an observer as a representative of The May 18 Memorial Foundation. I observed for group 7 (Small Wonders). It was a great time and during the camp i also learned new things related the topic. I took some pictures, so ENJOY..
